ezAtlas services may be modified or updated as part of a refinement process, and such changes will be reflected in the Terms of Service as they occur. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any updates.

By using the services, you agree to comply with the rules and regulations specified in the Terms of Service. If you use ezAtlas as a representative of an organization, you agree to these terms and should ensure that your organization is aware of them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and software are provided “as is.” ezAtlas and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ezAtlas, its suppliers, and licensors do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or that access to ezAtlas will be continuous or uninterrupted, although every effort will be made to provide uninterrupted services.

ezAtlas will not be responsible for any harm to your computer systems or network, corruption or loss of data, or any other damage that results from your use of Asset Infinity’s service or access to it.

ezAtlas End User License Agreement

Hereafter, the term ‘license’ refers to this document, ‘licensor’ refers to Asset Infinity, and ‘licensee’ refers to the party receiving this license after purchasing the product by paying the required fee as determined by the licensor. This License governs the use of the product, and your usage constitutes your acceptance of this License and its terms and conditions.

This product is not freeware or shareware. It is a Commercially licensed product. It must be purchased from the licensor for use by any individual or party and is subject to the following terms:

The software may only be used after the Terms of Use have been agreed to by the Licensee and payment has been received in full by ezAtlas.
The software may not be distributed to any third party or individual under any circumstances.
The software may be used to serve multiple users within your organization.
The software may not be resold by any means without explicit permission from ezatlas.

User Accounts

Providing your full legal name, a valid email address, and other required information is necessary for completing the enquire form process.

You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. ezatlas will not be liable for any harm, damage, or loss resulting from your failure to protect your account login credentials, including your password.

ezatlas will contact you via email for all account-related issues, updates, and system updates.

You are responsible for all content posted, updates made, and activities performed under your account.

Service and Fee Policy Changes

ezatlas reserves the right to update, change, modify, or discontinue any of its services with or without notifying users at any time for any reason. The list of services and features may change as part of our refinement process. New features added to the service will be subject to the Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes.

ezatlas reserves the right to change its monthly fee structure with a 30-day prior notice. Changes in the service fee structure will be communicated to clients through our website, ezatlas.com.

Termination and Cancellation of Contract:

The responsibility for canceling your account lies solely with you. You are free to cancel your account at any time with a one-month notice or as per the terms of the contract. Account cancellation requests made via phone or email will also be considered.

Refusal of Service and Business Relations:

ezAtlas reserves the right to cease support and/or terminate business relations in cases of libel, defamation, abuse, or harassment. ezAtlas will terminate all support and business relations in cases of software piracy. This includes, but is not limited to, “cracked,” “nulled,” or otherwise unlicensed versions of ezAtlas.

Illegal Distribution:

If our product is found to be stolen, distributed without permission, illegally obtained, or if users of this software are found to be violating any of the terms herein, the licensor has the unconditional right to prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.
